Business fiber
Availability is checked for the address. SAINT does not sell ALLO managed IT or ALLO cybersecurity. Those stay SAINT practices, separate from the circuit.
CONNECTIVITY
Fiber, voice, and a second path.
SAINT is an authorized agent for ALLO Business. Fiber, hosted voice, and business TV are provisioned on ALLO’s network where offered. SAINT stays the technology contact. ALLO carries the pipe.
VoIP
Hosted voice, including Microsoft Teams Voice where it fits, is ordered through the same authorized-agent relationship.
Failover
A second internet path is scoped when the business cannot sit on one circuit. It is quoted with the rest of the network, not assumed.
